Unputdownable......

Let me start this way. There is Illuminati - we all know who they are. And then, there is something greater, that I did not know of. I was taken aback in two words, when I realized that the history behind the fiction. I was proud as an Indian, thrilled as a reader, and of course my funny bone was tickled more than the fingers I could count. This is undoubtedly the best book I ever read (and trust me when I say that, for I read quite a few).
The book starts with a mesmerizing first chapter, an...

A book that will make you Proud

Finally, found a book that tries to show India's past in a positive light. Loved the book, one of the best i've read so far. The characters were masterfully written, especially loved the characterization of Jay and Ishita. Their interaction in the book were just too good, some of the best romantic sequence in recent times, i would say.

The riddles and the quest in the beginning were explained intelligently. But, i was not sure at the beginning where the story was heading to and how the stor...

Amazed

This is my first buy from Flipkart, and what a buy it has been. I have generally not been a fan of buying books online, but definitely this one has changed my opinion.
The brief summary is as follows:
Two erstwhile princely twins few years down the line come across three riddles that have been preserved by their family for centuries. Being adventurists, they are drawn into finding what was it all about. In the process, they meet a grandfather-granddaughter duo of historian/archaeologist, who...

A thrilling read

I started to read this book with least expectation from two debutant authors but once I started I just not able to put it down. I am very fond of historical or mythological thrillers specially which connects with Indian history. This book has all the ingrediants to become a great historical fiction thriller.

The story has explained with all the logical facts with the history behind them and beautifully described the journey of the main 2 main protoganists (Twin brothers) with their small tea...

Can't wait for the second part!

As many have in said in their reviews, the book is very good. The story is gripping till the end, and whatever you may have imagined on how the book ends, believe me, it's not. The ending is where it gets real.

And as for the quality of the book, the pages are on the thicker side, and the cover, it's alright. Not on the level of hardcover books, but for the price it's good.

When I bought this book, I didn't know that the story is only half-narrated. But now that I have finished reading this...

Rise of a superstar

This book holds many goods, and not a single flaw that I could find. The loops are closed and new questions opened, probably for future books.
A very good read, and definitely worth the money.
Important: Dont miss to find out what happened to the Vidhiputra at the end. In a subtle choice of words, the authors have astonishingly revealed a lot, including bringing in a bit of science fiction in the last paragraph of the book. Really no less than a Spielberg thriller.
