    Though product is good but i haven't used as soon as it came i registered it but the website want to review screenshot to register it for warranty which is kind of forcing Customer for a review without using it

    Terrific purchase

    Review is based on a day of use. It was delivered on 22nd August 2024.

    Cons:
    1. Quick and Easy to assemble , just 5 screws and you're done.
    2. Comfortable for long hours sitting.
    3. Sturdy in built ( I compared it to chairs sold in a nearby gurugram furniture market)
    4. The height adjustment is flawless.
    5. Economical price par with given quality.

    Cons:
    1. Head rest could be better as sometimes it does not hold the grip adjusted by you.

    Does the job

    Though the overall product is good. But one major problem is you can't recline and lock the recline position.

    Another issue with the brand is their unethical practices. They are asking to provide a screenshot of the review to claim warranty. That's the reason why this chair has so many positive reviews.

    Cussion is not suitable for long time sitting. It gives very heat and makes sweating. And back support is not good as expected.
