Its a perfect product but had to update windows 10 as it came with windows 10 20h2 had to install 21h1. It was laggey initially so have put in a 32gb sdcard for use as readyboost. This worked flawlessly. Also the 8 gb is actually 6 gb RAM and 2 gb for Video RAM. Yhe windows office 2019 works as charm no issues. Please remove the MacCafe that comes with laptop it slows down the whole performance and its as good as avast or NP AV
