Terrible product
Very laggy, and coming to windows 10 , the OS is a big failure . Better to downgrade. We get almost daily windows update . I don't know what are those updates.
If You have ever used Pentium dual core which was of 1gb ram and now in 2019 you Wana have same experience then this Asus i5 laptop is a must buy.

Edit: After a month of battery replacement, the motherboard and HDD were also was replaced since laptop refused to boot to Windows.
Laptop is working great now after the above glitches were repaired. But I am taking away 1 more star after 6 months of usage due to such product quality issues. Rating 3/5 overall.
