Great product and Asus technical support is superb. Airtel guys could not get internet and IPTV working on this, then I called Asus support and they fixed it in 5 mins flat.

I've a BSNL connection and I searched for 2 days and bought this. The image shown here is of the older one. Current model looks much more elegant. It is just plug and play. Now Asus is offering 3G/4G dongle option also. It comes in the notification inside the router page. It doesn't heatup. It is not breaking frequently. There are 3 models in Asus-DSL-N12U and this is C1 and the other 2 are N1 and B1. The other 2 are with more features and costly too.

The actual product is not the box type as shown in the picture. It is the newer version of it which is better styled. So, definitely a thumbs up.

The modem is easy to configure. It has settings tuned for most Indian broadband providers. The modem management page is very user-friendly.
