Not sturdy product

Bought this on 26 Dec. since it's by a third party retailer packaging wasn't good.

Problems:
1. When I received the product, found that HD is making too much of noise on read/write. Asus service guy replaced the disk. But seem the Hitachi brand have this issue.
2. Now it's 1 month past and the keyboard have stopped working. Again I have to rush for service.

Not sure if they'll replace with genuine parts or not.

I don't recommend this to anybody.
