Got this phone delivered on 22nd October had ordered it on 16th Oct.Flipkart was a bit slow in delivering this time may be due to festive rush.So its okay.

So starting with the phone.Packing was great.Box included a charger (Local as the authorized one is country specific,not available in India),Free SD card and Guide.Using it since past 24 hours.

I selected this tab on Big billion Day for 5990 and reached me after 15 days. The tab is a decent buy with 4 GB internal with only 1.5 GB Usable. I put a 8GB MicroSD to install apps. Fortunately Asus interface let the user to select prefered App Installation to SD Card from internal Storage

The intel processor works good and there is no visible lag till, Installed MX Player to play almost all video formats, ZENUI is another plus even the notification is bit confusing

Loved the specification on the self and like the tablet. It seems to be a good product. Delivery was prompt, so many thanks to flipkart.

Thanks to Flipkart for replacing the product for heating issue.
Overall product is good. Touch is good. No lags for moderate games ( not tried any heavy games).
Excellent voice on calling and sound is also good.
Battery backup is not sufficient. It drains fast for just 2-3 hours moderate ( games + browsing ) use. And I doubt It will run for 7-8 hours in a day.
Both rear as well as front cameras are not good ( Asus should improve as other competitors providing good quality )

Guys..I have used I-pad, Samsung Tab and Also Dell...But the experiance I had using the asus fonepad 7 was incredible...Actually I am still using it....I bought it from Flipkart on "THE BIG BILLION DAY" and it cost me Rs 5999....go for it as it has an awesome design, great battery backup and an awesome display....the only thing I dont like about the tab is its 2MP camera....else its the best tablet...trust me

The Fonepad is quite good at the price tag though there are some issues regarding heating and lagging but not major every android device under 12K faces such problem the touch is good.Asus UI is awesome there are various things like do it later that are productive.The tab is best for people who are thinking to replace there phone with a tab and I have used it only for ! hour not mu...

recently i have ordered this tab on big billion day. at cost-5499 only. got this tab in 3 working days. thanx to flipkart.simply this tab is awesome according to this price.in 5499,i have got a dual sim,3g voice calling tab. only camera is avg. n screen contrast is quite low. but in other features.its very nice. sound is too good via headphone n also tab speaker is so good n proper loud.

got it for 5499 on the big billion day.. :) and i am a happy user.
the delivery was quite late because of the bulk orders on the BBD. so, a day delay seems not to be a big deal.
received the product in a very perfect packaging and with sealed mobile box.

It's a great tablet. I won't go and write every bits and details but I must say, you get what you pay for. An okay screen, a great hardware and a fast performance is all what you can get at 7999. Totally recommended in this price range.
