I was just going thru the reviews between Lenovo A3000 Tablet with Dual SIM and FonePad 7 but ultimately i decided to go with FonePad7

Bought this Fonepad outside of Flipkart as 8GB version wasn't available last week here.
Fonepad has quality finishing and 1.6 GHz Dual Core Intel Inside does wonders. Firmware updated to Jelly Bean 4.3 as soon as I started using it. Crisp, fast with good camera in natural light, not having a flash spoils the night party. Intel processor works well and has more than adequate battery life. Multiple apps function without lag. Speakers could have been better with beats not responding adequately. Basic keys could have been incorporated outside the screen. Notepad is extremely useful. The compass display should have been bigger.

Cant say if it is specific to this one but the tilt to left has to be significant for good result...

Pros:
1. Apart from which I already mentioned below, i like to say that battery charging time what it takes is less compared to Samsung Tab 2, which my friend holds.
2. Audio is good and it depends on the quality of file.
3. Tried many apps and they run without any problem.
4. Ran Respawnables, CSR Racing and many other games, it works like butter.
5. Memory management is now easy after up-gradation of patches launches by Asus..

I am delighted to have this Tab. Got this a few days back and yes the amazing touch screen and excellent performance has made me a fan of Asus fonepad.
I had Samsung Tab earlier and it had no comparison to Asus fonepad in terma of Performance or features.

The tab is aesthetically designed and easy to carry and handle as tablet simplicitor. Idea of fusing it as a phone as well is not appropriate because of the size adjustments , quality of speaker not optimum for the purpose, compatible accessories, followed by unexplained total lack out of the tab while using it as phone. Switching over is short of smooth making fusion a failure. Some sort of software lag observed from a not so technically enlightened rator.
