I was looking for a device that would complement my primary laptop, a Lenovo G505S. After considering and rejecting a tablet, I decided to go in for this laptop/netbook. My observations -

Great looking. Cute and due to its size it is very handy.

Getting little hot on using for hours. Could play all equipments like external CD drive, hard disk etc.

Only one point, though they have written that "play well with Windows 10" but with Windows 8, there is only 10 GB place left.

Remember, hard disk capacity is only 20 GB. Cloud storage is essential. You get 25 GB from onedrive, and ASUS gives you 500 GB only for 2 years. So, get ready to pay for your wifi continuously.

Everything works well out of the box
Gives amazing battery life
Browser and office apps work well
Multi tasking is limited to 2-3 apps maximum

For those wanting to install ubuntu, it does not work.

The 32 GB eMMC flash did not stand out positively in any way. Its throughput rates are lower than, for example, in the Switch 10 (32 GB eMMC). The latter is in total 46% faster in CrystalDiskMark. Consequently, Asus has installed a particularly slow flash storage here. Nevertheless, it easily outperforms the HDDs in the other competitors. The differences to HDD would normally be more pronounced.

amazing battery life minimum 10hrs even after heavy use of watching movies back to back
fast booting
decent sound quality for this small laptop
light weight so easy to carry while travelling


cons
flash memory as it doesnt have a hard drive so u have to completely depend upon external hard drives and the flash memory gets used up easily with regular use and downloading and storing many apps or software will not be possible
no cd drive...

I am now used to its small screen and glaring...
Pros: Loooooooooong battery life and good looks. Win10 update, one year Microsoft 360 etc. Works quick enough for regular office work

Cons: Built quality is really questionable. Though it appeared sturdy, gradually the screen part is coming from the outer layer. Every time I open the lappy, I need to be extra cautious.
What to do after one year with the microsoft 360? we are locked to it..

I will recommend this to a friend... the machine is worth for the money.. 2 gb ram is quite enough for education purposes.. but ya it can be extended to 8 gb ram. it is good to use..
But the sound is not good enough

The product is nice at its price. I have used it for two months now and it is working fine. The only cons i encountered so far is its memory (20 GB). Otherwise, all the features of the notebook work absolutely fine. I am happy with the purchase and recommend all to go for it!
