This GPU is extremely cool and silent.
It can handle any game in med to ultra-high settings.
Currently, I can play NFS Rivals, Assasins Creed 4, Battlefield 4, Crysis 3 all in 1080p with 50 FPS.
Be sure to download the latest drivers from Nvidia from time to time.

I wanted a Graphics Card to work on Linux(for all kind of low level/level development) & windows(for my lil daughter to play games).
I downloaded the drivers from Nvidia site & installed it on my Linux Server. It took hardly 15 mins to install & run a basic GPU test. It will not an exaggeration if i say i am completely satisfied with the performance of this card.
