This was the other router that I mentioned in my ASUS RT-N12 LX review. I chose this router as I wanted to test the features that were advertised both here on flipkart and on the ASUS website, otherwise I would have gone for the RT-N10 LX

Here's my take on it.

PROS
1) Easy to set up.
2) 3dBi Antenna blows the range of the dual antennas of ASUS RT-N12 out of the water. this router, placed at a sufficient distance from it, still encroaches and betters the signal of the other one.

network coverage is average.. (ppl looking for better coverage pls try D-link 605L).

I'm using a optic fiber net.. (spectra net) .. no modem provided.. its direct plugin to comp(rj-45)
initially i had issues connecting to internet.. i.e. , setup from browser completes but no net access..
solution : use install wizard(software application) from asus website.. now router works like a charm :)

Buy this router if you plan to use DD-WRT. The stock firmware isn't great and refused to connect to my 'N devices' in 40Mhz frequency band.

Flash this with DD-WRT to realize its true potential.
I use it with 2 windows phones, 1 desktop, 1 laptop and XBOX.

Gave it 4 star because it lacks a dedicated hardware button for WiFi enable/disable.

Overall, great performance, perfect for household use.

I was a tiny bit worried when I saw diagram showing connection with Modem, my BB doesn't need modem, all I have is a cat5 fiber optic cable which comes directly to my bed room from the provider's switch box in the premises but setting it up was a breeze I just connected my fiber optic cable to WAN port and boom it auto-configured connection itself and ready to go. You have tons of options to play with the web interface.

Love its ergonomic design pattern on its body and coverage was awesome....

it is fine for home use but wifi is not that good better go for cisco
for below 5000 u should go for cisco it will give the better performance than the asus

1) Flipkart provided quick delivery within a day.
2) Not sure if it was a problem with my ISP, the IP address was not getting set in the autosetup UI. Had to set a manual IP and then things worked fine.
3) Authentication and other security setup was easy
4) Range was pretty good.
5) Have setup for n-only connection since all my devices supported them. This gives a better throughput.
Overall I would recommend this product, considering the price and the brand.

asus rt-n 10+ is a nice router and has a gain in terms of antenna .
caution-
please know the difference between a router and adsl modem . you should buy this only if already have a adsl modem with you

nice router with considerably nice signal tx and overall a nice design

Simply Plug n Play and enjoy wifi over multiple devices - smartphones, laptops.

Friends, relatives and cousins will also love the free wifi!! Again I will stress on the easy to use to easy to setup part.

This router amaze me.. I am using this for 24*7 wifi and Im using it or past 6months.. There is no problem.. It is really easy to install and gives a good range for wifi.

Go for this, for a perfect wireless home network!!

got this router within 5 days or so....easy set up...its not a modem router so thats the only con that i found yet...very decent signal strength...i did some research that we can boost the router capabilities by DD-WRT firmware...although i dint try it yet...coz im happy with the job its doing now...design looks sexy...value for money...go for it
