The router works fine and connects automatically on first setup.. but it range is too bad.. specification are deceptive for the buyers.. it say that it has 9 dbi high power antenna.. but range was same as my old router which has 3dbi.. dont buy this router if want to cover large house for range.. this router works fine only in smaller house.. i have large house.. but it connects me to 2 room at max..

Asus RT-N12HP The performance of product is very good.I have a Big house of 2 floors and 500 Squats. The Router was placed in the first room and i was able to get wifi network in my whole house. Even i go in the garden or also near the road side i was able to get the network.
However you have the ability to decrease the WIFI range/Transmit power so that you can lit the Range.

Do not get influenced by its long antennas, its range is just as good as
any other dlink or tplink modem cum router available at 1/3 rd cost.

I have been using it since last month and very disappointed with it.

Bought the router from flipkart. As usual excellent service, very fast delivery.
Issues with router:
1. Connection keeps getting dropped. On using wifi analyser, realised that wifi signal just disappears and then comes back after few seconds. I have 2 other wifi router at home. Wifi signal from other router never drops and shows steady signal(already check for interference).
2. Signal range is nothing great. I get the same range that i get with 5dbi Linksys router. Even on increasing the Tx ...

Has a hi power hi frequency antenna range and power both increase significantly.

I purchased this product 3 weeks ago, first few days the connectivity was excellent and later from the fourth day the disconnections started. Initially, thought it would be the internet issue, but later turned out to be the router issue.

Anyone facing this issue, please let me know if this issue can be rectified.

Pros:
1. Good Range.
2. Can act as a Repeater( Range Extender)
3. 4 SSID. So at the same time you can create 4 different network.
4. No heating at all. Running since last 7 days non-stop.
5. Simple to Set up
6. 9 DBi Antenna.
Cons:
1. Little Overpriced based on the features.
2. No USB support/ No Printer Support/ No External HDD Support.
3. UI has limited option. Though we have 4 SSID, you can not manage those individually except for setting different password for them.

I ordered this high power 3 in 1 router, but flipkart gives me 5dbi antennas normal asus rt-n12 router(2×5dbi antenna), instead of giving asus rt-n12HP router(2×9bdi antenna).
after requesting for replacement, flipkart again gives me same normal router, it happened 3 times, then unfortunately I cancelled this order.
