Worth every penny
Not compatible with Android 12 on ROG 3 out-of-box as of 26th July, 2022.
To make it work, I had to first downgrade to Android 11 using package from Asus's site. It wiped all my data as expected. Then, I was able to update this dock and then it was able to work. Then, I upgraded the phone back to Android 12 and now everything is working.
A little hassle, especially for those who don't know how this stuff works.
