Good
Too slow from the beginning. After all the system updates it started to working as normal. Average performance and good for students especially for online classes. Display and sound are decent for this price.

Good
Surely this is a good buy in terms of buying a laptop at 20k but not worth in terms of its performance. To boot itself it takes 3 to 4 minutes and that was not the speed I was expecting from this product. I am a big fan of asus products but this product has pushed me down

Terrible product
Buying this laptop would be akin to dumping 18k into the dustbin, so don't. Performance is lagging is a massive understatement. The system speed is so bad that the few times I do open it to get basic work done, I just close it and go back to my mobile. Aesthetics are good, clean design. Battery is decent too. I understand this is a budget laptop but a budget laptop where you cannot really use it for the most basic tasks is basically no laptop at all. Please, please do not buy this.

Could be way better
The components are not of any good. Mic, processor speed tuning, speakers are of substandard. I have this make and of HP with exact same configuration, there's no comparison.

Value-for-money
Decent product under the given budget. Boot is fast.. Ram is bit slow at 1.5 ghz but works fine after proper calibration and windows update. Surely not multitasking but few tasks are no problem.
