using this laptop since September 2014. had no problems . is very cool to run. doesn't get hot at all. battery gives about 5 hours. charges fast. white colour looks awesome.

They will deliver this laptop in baremetal form. No OS installed. You cannot insert the provided CD because it does not have an optical drive.

unlike mihar i also have certain problems with the product..but my position is better than him.
i ordered this on a month back.i installed windows 8.1 os using my pendrive and it was working cool...Then a problem reported to me.It wont start for the first time.it will start and display will be off.at first i thought there was a problem with my OS installation but later i found that it was the problem of the product itself and it cant able to adjust my display i.e. brightness cant be modified

this is a good product for this price.
The only glitch is the updation of BIOS, which other fellow buyers are also facing.

just call asus customer care and they will send you the link to download new bios hardly 3-4 MB file.
After updating I installed Windows 7 and it is running smoothly
the only drawback is its white colour, which is getting dirty very soon.
