Bought this on Flipkart yesterday with next day delivery. Item arrived early afternoon and i took it out of box and inserted my sim card and connected my Android account over Wifi. With no GPS or Bluetooth or mobile network on the battery drained from 90% to 10% in 2.5 hrs.(Edit: This issue went away after charging the phone to 100% and then it lasts a solid 40-42 hrs with 30mins music, GPS on all day, 20 mins of gaming, limited whats app and wifi on all day!!). I got my phone a few hours back. I've been playing around with it since then. Overall it's a pretty good phone. I've liked it so far. It's a really nice phone, it looks rather nice too. However, I've noticed (as others have mentioned) it tends to get heated around the camera area, and I wasn't even doing any heavy usage, just updated my apps. I've used this phablet for a couple of days now and these are my initial views
Pros:
1. The battery life is very good. Charged it fuly for 4 hrs on the first day and its still going tough after heavy internet usage and GPS.
2. The UI is amazingly simple and its one of the best I've seen(believe me I've used HTC one, Samsung S5 and LG G2). It does not over-complicate things and lays down a pretty neat design which is simple to use even for a new smartphone user.

I feel it is a great 6 inch phablet, with a better camera and a good battery life.
Pros:
Great camera, low light shots are even better than Samsung Galaxy Phones(I am already having Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom).
Zen UI is elegant and neat. I feel its better than Samsung's touchwiz.
Battery life looks descent, but will update after few days.

CAMERA :8.5/10 . so , once you switch to 13M mode or the HDR mode , the pictures are great . High detail even on zooming in 2X . if you totally zoom into any picture it will pixelate . so the pictures this phone takes are pretty well for the resolution that is projected . even on the default mode , i can say the pictures are decent . still there are areas where it can improve .but nothing to worry as such

I was looking to buy a 5" phone and shortlisted between Moto G 2nd Gen, Asus Zenfone 5 and Mi3. I attempted to buy the Mi3 on sale but was not lucky. The bad review on battery of Zenfone 5 didn't give me the comfort and the 1GB RAM in Moto G 2 was a deterrent. I decided to upgrade myself to a 6" phone and narrowed on Zenfone 6. I bought this mobile Asus Zenfone 6 and is has really nice features. also it very comfortable to use. i can play any kind of game in this mobile and also I can work with any application.

Because of big screen we are very comfortable to use any app. It has also very good battery backup.

Operating System:
Right now it has jellybean os. but flipkart written that asus provides new os update of 4.4(kitkat) but I haven't got yet.

Phone is very good. all features are excellent and belong to high end phone worth 35000 K.
I tested all features. Everything looks great with high processing speed. Camera quality is best. All sensors are exceptionally awesome to play with.

Most important thing i don't liked about this is the volume. Very less volume through external speaker. Though, it could be an attempt by the developer to conserve battery with less volume. In crowded area, you won't be able to hear any voice.
