The camber angle helps you maintain a neutral position while reducing stress on your shoulder bicep tendon. This increases your core stability while squatting. The ATE Buffalo bar is 7.8ft/2380MM long having a shaft diameter of 32mm and weighs 21kgs. The bar shaft is finished in black oxide finish with 1.5MM Diamond Knurl which is highly recommended for all lifting facilities.
