Audio-Technica has this wonderful reputation of producing top class audio products at prices much less than premium. I don't know how they do it, but I love that they do. Noise Cancelling headphones don't come this cheap or half as good. A solid 5 star experience.

Sound is very crystal clear and definitely a treat to ears when noise cancellation is activated. But product built is very poor, you have to handle them quite delicately. Also the switch for activating noise cancellation is of very poor quality. Mostly while using headphones in normal mode, switch has to be pressed again and again towards off side to hear sound clearly.
To sum up, sound quality is awesome with great bass and crystal clear quality, but mechanically, its a disaster.

Good sound, bad build quality, sublime noise cancellation (although over prolonged usage, the condensation in your ear causes NC to buzz a little).
