Sandhya (Raveena Tandon) has always dreamt of meeting her prince charming, a wealthy man, handsome, debonair, and dashing. She meets with Gopi (Govinda), who likes her instantly, and pretends to be the man of her dreams. Sandhya's dreams are shattered when he comes to know that Gopi is poor. Nevertheless, she has given her heart to him, and both tall in love. Sandhya must return to her home, and Gopi is asked by a couple of his friends to become an aunt as a big favor, and he does so with hilarious results. Soon Aunty has two suitors for "herself", Colonel Sadanand Dhongre (Saeed Jaffrey), and Raj Bahadur Behl (Kader Khan)! How will Gopi eradicate himself from this mess? to make matters.
