This book has got answers to each and every question this world has got. This is not a spiritual book It's a source of your intellectual knowledge and solutions to your daily life problems, and You get to know more about human existence and the supernatural powers that Anyone can achieve through Yoga.

Every spiritual seeker should read this book once in life. Though it is written in a little bit tough language bt easy to understand. This is not only a book it's a initiative to spiritual life.

The book is light weighed. I got the deal in 94.
The whole book is about an ordinary person's transformation from Ordinary to Extra-Ordinary. Its not written second handed, but by the person himself. His whole journey, difficulties, questions he faced, path he came across, criticism from his own family and all those queries and obstruction is mentioned in details by him, which even a normal human in current time deals with when he chooses to take a path which is not conventional.

this book is outstanding... one should read it at-least once in their life time.
its is a merger of science and spirituality, and explains alot of spiritual experiences in scientific way.
those who are seekers will be benefited in their own individual growth as it is highly recommended by many spiritual masters.

Now comes to book- before considering me. I want to tell you Steve jobs read this book twice a read. This book was one of his favorite. And I want to tell you read it once in your life.

Such a nice book, I just read some pages and saw some pictures in this book they were really good and this is one the best book, once again.
