this is really a good book which give events , stories of yoganandji s life & yoga. its also inspiring to new yogi or one who is in search of yog & reality of yog vidhya, by proofing the the truth & power of indian ancient yag n meditation science. although no special meditation process told but through the example of his life we can trust the greatness & miraculous power in the hidden yog science.worth reading as biography or a motivational novel
