The best spiritual book one can have. I received the book but I did not receive the CD of the book as promised. Though cheated I still rate it 5 stars as it has been a blessing in disguise to me and a classic in itself.

This book was introduced to me by one of my faculties in my college, He has given me the book and said "It is the end of your troubles and sufferings". I was shocked at that time, and read the book. Really it is a great book who have been searching for the TRUTH.
At the end of the book, we will find one card which we can send to YSS ashram, Ranchi if we are intested to join the YSS path, We will get the lessons and techniques of meditation.

This is one of the best books I've ever read. In fact, I am into saving trees and only read on electronic devices. However, this is the only book that I have a paperback edition as well. It's like a prized possession for me. I would recommend it to every person.

This here, is a wonderful piece of work by Paramhansa Yogananda ji.It will give you the motivation we all need to delve deep (or atleast a little, if u want it that way) into spirituality and attain what all of us are running after. Inner peace and happiness...
