Autocop has terrible customer care!
I got it in installed in my car about 6 months back. One fine morning I found out, plastic part broken. I was still happy because it comes with warranty of 5 years.
Called customer care. toll free number does not work. Helpline Number of Delhi NCR was just not picked for about 15 times through out the day.
I dint give up and kept calling, in the evening lady registered a complaint and told that I will receive a call next day.
