Key pad is not working

I am writing this review after using for almost 6 months !!
Overall a good product, worth the money I can say.
Don't expect too much for the little money paid.
I have got it for 13990 and 10% off on top. This 2 in 1 is good for the regular activities like web browsing, online classes but not recommended for heavy work and gaming.
Memory is too low, so can not install many apps or store much.

One major drawback as many people mentioned is, many a times after starting the device, the screen...

A very good value for money option especially for kids study from home purpose.

Sound is Very very less and had to use external speakers. And if thickness of the display is reduced it would be much better. Overall performance is good.

Keyboard stopped working in 2months. And pathetic cuatomer service

Sound should have been a little high, it’s a great product for students who want to work on Microsoft office n watch videos online....

I m giving four star because if am comparing the product with its cost.
-> excellent design.
-> display quality is very good
-> performance also good in multitasking but if we are running high graphics video or load something, freezes for a few seconds.
-> Windows Subsystem for Linux is also running smoothly.
-> Good keypad, magnet in the keypad helps you to attach it very quickly.
but the mouse touch pad is not good and its button position is not properly designed.
Touch screen is just OK...

Display randomly freezes with pink strides while booting. Not sure how long this product will work. I had lot of hopes with this laptop but now it is slowly vanishing. Requested for a replacement. Will provide updates if any.
