FULLY ADJUSTABLE : With two independent valves you can control both the sweep motion and the catch closing. Self regulate the mechanism to suit your needs. Choose your return close speed to suit the environment in which the closer is placed.

Fabulous!
Excellent item, comes complete with installation screws, instructions and 'drilling points template'. After installation and adjusting door closing speeds, care should be taken NOT to close the door forcibly ever after (faster than preset closing speed), to avoid bursting of oil chamber and permanent damage to the door closer.

Great product if your home has cross ventilation and main door has needs to be soft close in order to prevent bang noise because of wind. It works as a protection for younger kids from doors.
