It was recommended by a friend of mine. I was sceptical, so, I thoroughly searched about it before buying. I suggest you should read it much prior to planning your pregnancy. At least, 4-5 months. The book is very useful if you religiously follow it. Although, a know it is quite tough. But if anyone try to live by at least 60% of it then I think it would be very beneficial. Very knowledgable reading.

Its the best book i have ever read during my pregnancy. it clarifies all your basic doubts about conceiving, pre and post delivery problems. how to take care of new born babies, pre-mature babies. it is guide for parents.

Nice product. Information provided is really nice. But sometimes it felt like Dr. Balaji Tambe is promoting his products than telling the easy way to do it.

Many tips you may find contradictory to what your doctor may tell you. Like eating menus etc. So finally there will be dilemma whom to follow.

Buy if you are willing to get some spiritual aspects and aryuvedic methodologies.

Much of the details in this book can be found in you tube videos. While the other things mentioned are related to Ayurveda and not possible to implement all of these in day to day life. Still it's good for ladies who know nothing about pregnancy and don't have elders to help. All basic details are explained in detail. Wouldn't recommend it if you are living with elders as they already explain a lot to us.
