    Description
Can you really be in love with two people at the same time? 17-year-old, Punekar Sujay is a simple, religious guy who belongs to a family for whom prestige and one's image in the society are of utmost importance. For his orthodox family, concepts like love, attraction and (god forbid!) girlfriends do not exist; there are only arranged marriages because your family knows best. And so all his life, Sujay has believed that love doesn't strike you as a teenager. But when an unusual misfortune brings spunky and quirky Gunjan into Sujay's life, he has no idea how amazingly complicated his life is going to get; because his mother has already promised him to be wed to the sundar and susheel Jyoti. Every time Sujay tries to make a decision, he can't, because he really is in love with both Gunjan and Jyoti. And that is not how life functions - certainly not his family. Will he be able to get out of this mess? Or will the mess really take over his life? Only time can tell. Bachelor'$ Marriage is a story about love, friendship, family and what it means to really grow up.

    Not just a sippy Romance

    I bought it on Flipkart.
First of all I thought it was just any other sippy romance but truly speaking it was all beyond that.
There is clear demonstration of current orthodox society and love and relations.
The narrating is good, sometimes make you bore but over all good.
One of the nicest debut work I have ever read

    Amazing & Natural Story Line

This novel is loosely based on a love triangle that undergoes emotional intimacy and leads to a confusion in the mind of the lead protagonist about love. This author has crafted an apt language without turning too cheesy and making situations very similar to what you'd observe in most Indian middle class families.
I look forward to some more amazing literature by Akshat ;) !

It's really about Friendship and family, especially for girls

I read this book and as blurb details it's really about growing up in an orthodox society. Many scenes though amateur feel like happened with you. WOuld recommend it to for youth especially for girls. IT makes you think that even in today's world there are boys who think beyond sex and all.

The plot of story is just out of box for a debut writer.
The start and end with which this books is written just made me awestruck. Meanwhile for 50 pages after chapter 1 bored me but the gripping story henceforth kept me spell bound.

    A good read!

I encountered Akshat (the author) long back in Twitter, and he sent me 3 sample chapters of his book. Personally, I didn't like it then and gave him suggestions for improvement, especially in the language and grammar part; the story, though, seemed intriguing. Recently, his book was released, and I bought it without thinking. After perusing a few pages I realized, tout de suite, that this author is different from any other casual debut Indian author. His penchant for hard work can be discerne...
