With 350 plus million people struggling hard to cope with depression, across the globe, it's become a pivotal subject to change something that needs immediate attention. Depression has numerous layers that all come together to impact a sufferer, it's hard to describe or articulate into words. People are sad for so many reasons as we move forward embracing new phase of science and technology, many of us live an unhappy life. I certainly agree social conditions are responsible, including our thoughts and attitudes, we further distill out life either happy or unhappy for ourselves. Tireless efforts and advancements are being made in treating depressions throughout the globe right from spreading the word about mental healthcare via social media awareness. However, many steps still must be taken. My reason for writing this book is to express purpose of answering and clarifying the power of positive thinking.
