Blower is not adjustable in UP Down Direction. its through air towards floor only. otherwise good for small room.You can go for it.

This cooler is really good to go for small rooms.
pros: 1) Cools descently at 42 degrees
2) Very light weight
3) water filling is really easy

Cons: 1) little noisy (but all coolers makes more or less)
2) Need to keep the rooms door open for good ventilation (or else you will feel humid).
