all surfaces becomes extremely hot during 15 mins of operation, and don't even allow kids around. unlike microwave it doesn't go off if lid is opened accidentally. functionally it does the job, but need to be very cautious while using this, else can burn pair of hands easily

One of the worst service in the entire Home Brand means IT is BAJAJ ELECTRICALS lTD.
Kindly do not buy any bajaj items. The company never bother after delivery.
First , They sent Damaged piece then they returned after they sent new item lying at home since 3 days.
No Demo, No response.
My complaint Number is 13213948, I bought OTG 45 litre.
Pathetic service.
Flipkart do not deal with Bajaj , they will spoil your name also.
