    Terrific purchase

    The roti maker works as expected, we managed to get good puffy rotis on the first try itself. The trick is read the instructions that come with it.
    Most of the people complaining about papads have probably skipped that part.
    The most important prep for good rotis is the dough, it needs to be wet enough (read more about dough prep in the manual that comes with it). Otherwise you are going to get papads.
