The plate we have designed is multi functional but the main purpose is to find the center of cakes, boards which would help the cake maker with dowling. The plate has an additional ‘easy handle’ making it super easy to store & use for decorating cakes time & time again & lastly a mixing colour pallet (to mix a variety of colours on at once without the need for bowls) as well as an icing ganache plate. The cake center plate is made from food safe acrylic & can be reused by washing with warm soapy water between uses. The 14” plate is 14” in diameter & allows you to find the center as small as 4”.
