The product came with a broken handle
1) broken handle-I received this product with a broken handle and returned it immediately. I was glad i wasn't hassled about the return but was quite heartbroken when I received it. 2) Temperature control-I did open the product and found that the temperature control doesn't mention the temperature. 3) Thin pan- The pan itself was quite thin so I am guessing it wouldn't retain heat so well.
