Great Read

Nice book, although the tale is not as gripping as the other work of Ravi but still worth read.
Nice service from the seller and Flipkart. Keep it up.

Awesome Book

Nice Novel, keeps you hooked till the end. The Characters too are very strong and interesting. Among the other books by the same author, I liked this one and found it to be the best.

Good Thriller

I am not much of a book reader, but generally read thrillers mostly. I am a great fan of dan brown thriller's. The effort by an indian to write a thriller is commended.

The book is a good one and can be easily related by most indians. The climax reason could have been re-worked but seeing what is happening around you can accept. A book which could be easily made to a movie.

very well written

Really very good to read but the pace somewhat seemed to be a little slower in the mid portion. But even though the thrill was there throughout the novel and it was really interestingly forwarded till the very end. A slight disappointment was when the second most important character got killed But it was the demand of the script I think. The suspence could be more interesting than the gay part. In short an enjoyable one......

Bankerupt

I hestitantoly bought this, along with others authored by Ravi Subramanian, thanks to the teasing bundled offer at Landmark. This was the first book to read in them and I started with hesitation. The hesitation disappeared and in fact, I finished it over the weekend unlike the way I read over a period in instalments. The language was simple, and flow was good which was teasing to move forward. And what I liked at the end is the humaneness with which he has dealt with the character which ordin...

Gripping.. !

I am a big fan of Ravi and have read all his books. And as usual he has come up with another thriller which keeps you on the toes like a suspense movie and spellbinds till the last page...

The twists and turns in the story are quite exciting and one has to admire the kind of minutest details Ravi captures while narrating....

The only flip-side..or may be I could guess it..The end becomes slightly predictable - as to who could possibly be the villain or the so called culprit..!

But a must r...

Fast Paced and thrilling

The bank really erupted!!! The novel is a fast paced suspense thriller and will make you read until you finish it from cover to cover in a single sitting...

Ravi have opened the novel with a good start and have steadily taken the plot and the characters of the novel to its ending... The plot, cleverly set up in Boston, Mumbai and Coimbatore deals with Banking frauds, Money laundering, Ethical commerce, Educational compliance etc. and stuff but without getting too much boring for the readers...

Deep into the working of Investment banking with an added thriller

I have read Ravi Subramaniams earlier work "The Bankster"...I had picked up the book with lots of expectations after his earlier work. Comparitively Bankster is far well written book and shall score 9/10.

However this book also scores a thumbs up (7.5/10).

Story has different flavours and backgrounds and shows the writers talent on how he has linked three different stories to a common platform.

Recommend read....

Bankerupt : Book Review

Nothing can be more exciting to be given a autographed copy of a well known author. And in my case when it happened to be none other than Ravi Subramnian I couldn't hold myself any longer.I love reading thrillers and have been deeply impressed by many foreign writers. But when I read "Bankerupt" I got much more than what I had anticipated. The novel kept me hooked throughout and it was so involving that I finished it off in 2 sittings.I was so involved in the plot of events that a break which...
