The shoes are of excellent quality but the box that bata sent the shoes in was very old and torn up, broken. Will bata or flipkart accept torn money from us if we sent them that way? Please give your customers always the best in everything. Hope both bata and flipkart do take their business seriously and give their customers the best at all times. Hope somebody answers this.
