As some reviews have mentioned, B&BW products are thick. Use only a small amount - the size of a 25p coin for your face, a bit more if you're using it for your face and neck. Massage it in well. For a few minutes, it will seem like there's a layer of something on a your skin, leave it be. The skin absorbs the lotion well and your skin feels great afterwards, especially spots that tend to dry out (elbows, ankles). The lotion is rich and stays on for the better part of the day.
