It's just about average in quality. I had imagined that it will be a bit solid. A little unbalanced and creaking sound comes when I step on it.

First of all full point for Flipkart for on time delivery.
Now for ladder; it's really light weight but sturdy. Easy to handle and suitable for household jobs. Though the weight limit for this ladder it 95kg but I think for your own safety keep it limited to 80-85kg.
Haven't seen any major issue with my unit. Just a little dent in one pipe of the support step but that's no big deal. Overall it's a good deal.

No better than a steel stool that costs Rs700 to Rs1000
Thanks to Flipkart for the discount offered and the prompt delivery. As regards the item, except for its compactness and foldability, it is not better than a normal steel stool for the top platform size. Think several times before you opt for such an item spending 4k . ofcourse, in this category it is the best brand available.
