Good quality.It makes noise while climbing but is sturdy. The anti skid steps should have been wider like the platform. 5 yr warranty. Nice packing. Looks good n cute. It's very light to carry. Good for senior citizens. Got it at 2600 during big billion sale after card discounts.
Also it is small in height -about 3.6 foot. I didn't notice it before purchasing.Anyways okay type..This height is good only for small height flats of today.

I didn't notice the dents and damages when they were delivered. Some advertisement posters etc were covered exactly at the place where it is damaged. I noticed them more than a month later. The product is good though... This is a must buy for your house. But be careful and check thoroughly once after it is delivered.
