It is 5 steps ladder but works like 3 steps, cant dusting till 10,11 feet heighed room if your height is around 5. 3, a little bit disappointed but it is so light weighted, can lift n shift easily, still i m keeping.

Liked the packaging it was perfect, time of delivery was exact..it was a next day delivery between 8 to 12 and I recieved it at 12..quality wise hopefully it will be no issue as it's from a reputed brand and warranty of 5 years..thank you Flipkart
