Received an 'Already Used' code.
The code I have received is an already used one. I cannot download the game . This the second time. The first time I received a code for another game and now an already used code. I have emailed this matter to the customer care but they are not doing anything to fix this.

Wrong product
I ordered Arkham Asylum... on the cover, it said Arkham Aslum... but when I wanted to install the game it installed Arkham City which I already had... This is unacceptable.
