Worth it.
I was using these Ashwagandha capsules on and off in the past. Work schedule used to go beyond regular hours, that in turn affected my sleep cycle. One thing I observed is better sleep quality with KSM 66 Ashwagandha. Will happily suggest this one for greater stress relief and quality sleep.
