Before buying this plz double check. My mother switched to this medicine from allopathy and used for 2 months..her sugar level raised to alltime high 300 plus. Im not sure howmany positove reviews mentioined are true. I switched back to english medicine as her condition got worse after using this medicine. For its price and results not at all worth for me
