This chair is good in its price range. Offers good supports for the back and head. My chair did not had the lumbar support. I contacted with the customer care and they were very prompt to send me the lumbar support. Customer service is A1

Fabulous!
Hand support placement could have been little bit backward, As it collides with table during working closely to computer screen. rest it is very comfortable even for long working hours.

Pretty good
Decent chair for the price, customer service is good, got it replaced because of a damaged product received. Installation is easy, can be done by one person. Overall decent product, within good price range.

Worth the money
The chair is good value for money. The assembly was simple enough as the instruction manual was good enough. I like the bright colour.
While the overall product is good, I have some uncomfortable experiences. The arm rest swivels horizontally even with a small force. I keep fixing it's position. The headrest is not tiltable, so my head isn't able to rest on it fully.
