Excellent Product , But was a bit dusty on the outside

Received a scratched product with the right ear piece not even getting charged. Also, i am not able to reset the outer box which is used to charge the ear pieces. I am not getting any support on return or refund.

They are amazingly built and the quality is fantastic. It is a little uncomfortable when you wear it for longer durations.

Good for working out, some issues with connectivity to Android devices as in the left or right bud light disfunction more and then. Everything resets using reset button on the box

extremely poor connectivity for the money i paid for this product switching between devices and pairing with windows is very poor in my opinion not worth the price at all

the case is super bad also you have to make sure the earphones are placed properly otherwise often you will have that one piece is not charged.

A lot of time pairing of both the ear pieces does not happen you have to find the case again and place the product in reset it and then pair them again
