Does what it says

The product is ok. It does what is shown here. I am using a MTNL 3G sim (configured manual APN) and I must say USSD capability would have made life much easier. Right now, I cant see how much data i am using on my connection. We can send/recieve SMS though. Plus, sometimes it gets disconnected from the internet - dont know if this is a device issue or MTNL network. Havent tested it with other networks yet. Gets hot after some use. battery life is okay-ish. about 3 hours. Takes some time to st...

Beetel is sleek and handy

I bought this on Flipkart and I received it in 4 working days. It was a pleasant surprise to see the size of the product as it is just about the size of a credit card holder and very light weight. The box contains a USB charger as well with a USB cable, charger is handy if you have other USB chargeable devices and also very useful to charge this device as it was expected and read about other products such as this, it drains battery. Having said that it worked a charm and I am fully satisfied ...

Not a satifactory end use...

I purchased this from FLIP CART and about package & delivery, excellent excellent excellent....
About the product, I am not satisfied about the usage. When I insert idea sim card everything is fine and 4mbps download speed is also seen. When I insert BSNL, it always gets 2G speed and never turn to 3G, whereas I put the same sim card in a smart phone with Wi-Fi/usb tethering get 3G speeds. I spoke to customer care they asked me to bring the set to their service center. I am not finding time to...

A decent mobile router

This device is the size of a small mobile phone. It comes with a battery of 1500 mah rating. Though the battery takes a while ( ~ 3-4 hours ) to fully charge, it delivers on the specified power backup of 4 hours.

The setup is simple enough. The GUI for the device and the configuration page is also good.
Overall, a good device if you want your router to be mobile and with decent battery backup.

Really good deal

Docomo is using the same device, tagging their brand name n selling it for 5000+ bucks. So it is really good deal to get it from flipcart for 2500 bucks.
Battery backup is little disappointing but in this price range, it dominates the micromax.
Really good if u want to download stuff on ipad or iPod which are over 50 MB n needs wifi connection. Also good for online gamin.
Buyin it for my ipad.
Don't miss the deal!!?

Superb!

It is amazing, works like a magic. It is a bit confusing at the beginning while setting it up, but once all the set up has been completed, it does what it says beautifully. Ive used it to connect internet to my phone, laptop, tablet and even computer at the same time and it handled them all pretty well. Does a good job.

Smart and good

Ordered one for me it is working good, so ordered one for my friend. A good product which just works soon I insert a internet activated SIM no work around required.
I'll recommend for people who bought Wi-Fi only devices and suffering now.
Also went through reviews and here are the answers:
1. Can this be protected?
Yes it can, as your normal router you can put password for the device to connect. So any device can find your Wi-Fi but needs password to connect.
2. Can this work on ipad/ipod o...

Useful, Price Worthy, and it works!

Using this since Feb 2013. Put in an Airtel SIM. I was skeptical about SIM compatibility, but it worked on first try. Well, Bharti - Beetel - Airtel could be a factor.
The speed is amazing. So good, that the same x GB topup that used to work well in past, falls short now.
It also has an FTP feature on the WIFI network (Ideal for sharing files in an offsite condition).
Very price worthy too. A good buy.

A good pocket router. Much better than the micromax one.

Its a good device and quite easy to setup. Not much of any complications. The device stays cool after long periods of use.The battery life could have been a little better, though not a major issue.

I had ordered the micromax one before this and had a very bad expierience. The device would just not work after a few minutes.Beetel is much trouble free compared to that.
