the item was proper packaged when it returned. Charged my Moto G4 properly for 1 Month or may be a little less. Post that, the wire started getting cracked near the port which we attach to the mobile. Now it charged my mobile with lesser speed and only at specific fixed positions. The charger does not charge my mobile anymore since last week. It has died.
I purchased the charger on 25 March 2017. I t hasnt even worked for 2 months.
