Faulty product and seller

The ordered item is different from delivered item. I ordered belita BPS-1123 Personal Digital Weighing Scale (Silver) and i received Venus electronic personal scale EPS 8199. The seller cheated, as other reviews state the same. I dont know why flipkart isn't taking action. DON'T BUY.
