Belkin N150 Wireless Router with Modem  (Single Band)

Severely flawed design from Belkin

I was using Belkin wireless G router, it worked perfectly fine for over five years. When it ran out of its life I thought I would replace with another model N150 from Belkin as the same model was not available any more. But what a horrible experience it has been.

Mine was old N150 modem-router and that's working very fine,less connecting time,moderate wireless range etc.

This one is rubbish as compared to the old one.Old one has dual internal antenna.This one has very poor range,long connecting time like a week.If you want to check the status of any LED you have to go near modem and look from the top like God doing.And it has only 2 yr warranty when old has 3yr.

old one was selling @ 2300 in India now they reduced price along with quality.Check Belk...

Delivery was quick as usual, packing great. The product too good for that price. Easy to setup just need to insert the CD configure. No network lags till date no disconnects. So a good buy worth the money... Go for it without a second thought.

The product is very nice. Since it is a Modem as well as a wireless router i can say that this is the best you can get at this cost. The wireless range is very good and is best suited for home purposes. I can suggest you people to go for this modem through flipkart. The delivery is very fast. What else do we need?

I have had this router for 6 months now and i am having trouble with it since the beginning.
For starters the router cant handle much load. 3-4 laptops simultaneously using it is the limit for this router. Second is the range. The router manages to give u full signal strength if u are within 4 meters max. I go to my room which is like 6-7 meters from the router position the max i get is 3 towers. Third the router if used continuously for more than 6-7 hours (for ex downloading) tends to overh...

I had been using my dlink wired router since 4 years and then i felt we just needed a new one.....this router gave me everything that i wanted in a router for its price......it gives better range and connection strength compared to the similarly priced dlink router....only one flaw about it is that its range is cut a little short if there are thick walls around but otherwise not complaints wrt speed, reliability etc.
