I recently bought the monitor from this vendor. I switched it on once before the return period to make sure everything was working. Few weeks later when I wanted to start using the monitor, it didn't switch on the second time.

When I contacted Flipkart, they say I should go talk to benq as the return period is over. While I understand that, I feel that the vendor has shipped a defective piece to me and letting benq take care of servicing it. I wouldn't want a new 'serviced' monitor...

I have used so many monitors that comes within this price range his is the worst one I have seen, brightness level is very low.
only plus point is its 24 inch but whats the use if display is not good.
