I am using this monitor from last 5 months and performance I could say is excellent till now.
its a matte finish-matte display-full hd-HDMI support and simple one plug and play.
Its ideal to work with your basic work and watch movies in Full HD display.
I bought in 6970/-.
And I am ok with it.

all i say it is best the money can buy for around 7000
its features are more close to a professional HP/Dell monitor with multi input capability DVI-D,VGA,HDMI
it VA led panel i so accurate that it can be calibrated like a pro Hd monitor with probe to target REC709
and its design is so slim it just awesome
would have given more then five but really happy with the purchase

The BenQ GW2255HM is a great monitor to have under 10k. Its LED-backlit LCD on a VA panel, which is obviously not as great as an IPS panel, but great for gaming or multimedia sessions. I???ve reviewed the monitor and have had only good things to say about it. You can???t go wrong with it, that???s for sure.

I wanted a replacement for my 6 yr old Viewsonic VX1940w, and zeroed in on the Benq GW2255HM after extensive research. I had high hopes of this product, but it fell way short of my expectations. Below are the pros and cons.

Pros:
- The colours are quite vivid.
- Good sharpness.

Cons:
- The screen has a permanent oily effect which is evident in light backgrounds and is very annoying.
- Although on paper this has a 6ms response time, in reality it feels like 16ms. This is definitely not recom...

Very cheap for a Full HD monitor, and so it has it's downsides.
Pros/Cons:
Full HD movies are handled satisfactorily.
Looks good but bulky due to built in power supply, which is good.
Bright display but sharpness even at lowest settings makes the letters on the screen appear as colored worms.
The speakers are invisible and inaudible.
Once monitor goes into sleep, it does not wake up. You have turn it off and then on again to see the display.

Received monitor in just 2 days of placing order in excellent packaging as usual by Flipkart.Its flicker free and gives less strain to eyes.Good viewing angle.Completely satisfied with my purchase with flipkart.
